You will have an initial appointment at our practice.
\nWe will be happy to explain what to expect during this initial consultation. <\/p>\n

Come in<\/strong>
Upon entering, you will be welcomed at the front desk.
\nWe will then go over some information with you.
\nPlease also bring your ID for this purpose.
\nShe will give you a medical questionnaire which you will fill out in the waiting room. <\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

May we ask you some questions about your health?<\/strong>
In order to treat you properly, we need information about your health.
\nDiseases, abnormalities, medication use and lifestyle habits affect your oral health.
\nThat is why we map out your medical history beforehand.
\nWe call this a medical history.
\nWith your answers, we can determine the possible risks or limitations of treatment and take any necessary precautions.
\nIt is therefore important that you complete the questionnaire carefully and report any changes in time.
\nFailure to complete the questionnaire will result in a medical risk.
\nIn that case, we will not take you on as a client because we will not be able to provide you with appropriate care. <\/p>\n

A familiar feeling<\/strong>
The dental hygienist will pick you up and take you to one of our treatment rooms.
\nPerhaps nice to know: we chose cozy furnishings and a fresh look.
\nWe like a pleasant environment, in which we work pleasantly and you quickly feel at ease. <\/p>\n

Your mouth is looked at<\/strong>
The dental hygienist goes over the questionnaire with you and asks for general information about your oral health.
\nTogether we discuss any complaints you may have.
\nThen we look at your oral health.
\nWe take measurements and determine how tightly the gums close around your teeth.
\nOf course, we explain to you each time what we do and show you what we notice in your mouth. <\/p>\n

Treatment plan and budget will be given to you
<\/span><\/span>During your visit, the dental hygienist will immediately draw up a treatment plan and give you a budget.
\nWe also give you immediate tips and instructions to improve your oral health.
\nAnd you will have plenty of time to ask us questions.
\nAfterwards, we will schedule your follow-up appointments together.
