Did you know that oral care by the dental hygienist for children up to age 18 is covered by basic insurance? This means that you do not have to pay for your children’s treatment yourself. When you learn young to take good care of your teeth, you prevent many problems later on. In our practice, for example, we instruct children with braces to keep their teeth clean properly. For treatments costing more than €150, we will provide you with a quote in advance. With this quote, you can discuss with your insurer whether you will be reimbursed for all or part of the treatment.
You will receive our bill from the billing company Infomedics. Infomedics submits the bill to your health insurer and, if applicable to you, you will only receive an invoice for the co-payment. For more information , click here.
If you receive your treatment invoice digitally, we recommend that you also check your spam box regularly. This is because the mail from Infomedics may end up in your spam box. To avoid this, you can mark mail received from Infomedics as “this is not spam” (gmail), “not unwanted” (hotmail) or as “safe sender” (outlook).
