You will be given a bit and bleaching liquid and wear it at home and several hours a day/night to whiten your teeth.
Your teeth may become temporarily more sensitive due to bleaching, this is quite normal.
Not every tooth is suitable for bleaching.
For example, crowns and fillings do not bleach with it.
During the first appointment, we assess whether your teeth are suitable for bleaching.
If so, we immediately take an impression of your upper and lower jaw.
From this impression we make custom-made bleaching teeth.
These bits fit precisely around your teeth.
For clients who are new to our practice we offer a free oral check offered.
This way you will know right away if your gums are healthy!
At the second appointment you get your bleaching bits with the starter kit.
You will, of course, receive full instruction from us on how to use these bits.
Also during this appointment, your teeth are surface cleaned so that any deposits from such things as coffee, tea, smoking and red wine are gone.
This way the bleaching treatment will be more effective and you will start your bleaching treatment clean and fresh!
The cost of the bleaching treatment is 295 euros.
The custom-made bits are reusable so that in the event of any follow-up treatment, the cost will be significantly lower.
Almost all health insurance companies do not reimburse the cost of bleaching.

However, you should keep in mind that there is a chance that discoloration of the teeth will occur again sooner if you continue to smoke.

The effect of bleaching is minimal due to the discoloration caused by smoking.

We do this bleaching safely and when your teeth and gums are in healthy condition.
Clean your teeth 2x a day and use brushes, sticks or floss.
Make sure you maintain good oral hygiene.
We also recommend that you visit the dental hygienist at least twice a year to have your teeth properly cleaned.
You can join us within 2 weeks for an intake interview.
Depending on your eating and drinking habits, your teeth may discolor again.
This discoloration varies greatly from person to person.
Ask your dental hygienist for advice on the frequency / repetition of bleaching.
The original color of the bridge or a crown does not change with the treatments.
The material from which the fillings are made does not color with the treatment.
The opened package of bleach should be kept in the refrigerator.
The sealed package of bleach can be stored outside the refrigerator for 2 years.
